INTUITIVE CONSCIOUS COACHING
My aim is to be a guide to you and to offer a safe and compassionate space where I help you explore, understand and love who you are in order to let you live the life that you desire.
By opening the door between the conscious and the subconscious we may retrieve information and access solutions to problems and limitations you are facing. We work together towards authenticity, clarity and wellness.
Each session is personal and customised to the individual client’s needs based on energy work, intuitive questioning and elements of trauma release modalities like Inner Child Work, Parts Work and Metaphysical Anatomy Technique.
I offer sessions in english and norwegian, via Teams or Messenger. If you prefer I`m also available for ‘in person sessions’ in my home at Spongdal Byneset, 30 minutes from Trondheim city center.
